Is That Chocolate Cake available in other sizes?
Our cakes are customisable, up to 3KG, which serves 20 to 30 pax. Prices will be quoted separately depending on the complexity of the shape and size of the cake. It will be approximately S$80–90 per KG for customised cakes.
We’ve also launched our cupcakes! You’ll get the same chocolatey goodness in the fudge and sponge, except it comes in a cup – perfect for guests at an event! Do take note that a minimum order of 2 boxes is required.
Does That Chocolate Cake contain beef or pork Gelatin?
That Chocolate Cake does not contain beef or pork Gelatin. We’ve perfected the recipe that way 🙂
What dietary requirements should I consider?
That Chocolate Cake is dairy-free, and contains gluten and eggs. The cake is suitable for consumption by both the elderly and the children.
Do you have non-dark-chocolate options?
We use only dark chocolate from Barry Callebaut in our recipes. If you are not a fan of the dark chocolate bitterness, be sure to choose the Sea Salt Chocolate flavour as the savoury blend goes easier on your tastebuds.
What are some of my customisable options?
All our cakes are baked individually, so besides the three flavours, you can let us know your sweetness preference or the type of guests you will be serving so we can make the recommendations. Some customers have requested for their cakes to be in particular shapes (e.g. heart, key, or numbers), or for chocolate-drawn words/pictures to be placed on top of their cakes.
How long can I keep the cake for?
Our cakes can be kept air-tight for up to 7 days in the refrigerator. We recommend that you consume the cake within 2–3 days of cutting. Most customers finish the cake on the day anyway because it is irresistibly delicious!
How do I know my order is submitted?
You will receive a message via WhatsApp within 24 hours of submission, which contains your submitted order and payment instructions. Should there be any special customisations, you will be informed of any additional charges before the order is confirmed. The order is only finalised upon confirmation of payment; no changes can be made thereafter. You will receive a digital receipt via SMS and e-mail.
How much in advance will I be able to place an order?
You must place your order at least 3 days, and up to 1 month in advance.
What are the payment options?
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods And Service Tax (GST).
You can make payment via PayNow or PayLah. Payment details will be sent upon order.
Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?
We deliver to all parts of Singapore except Jurong Island, restricted areas, and non-mainland areas. Delivery fees are S$15 per location, and additional surcharges like peak-hour-CBD or Jurong & Sentosa-island delivery may be included.
Where can I self-collect the cake from?
Self-collection option is unavailable.
Can I make amendments for the delivery or self-collection?
You can make amendments up to 3 days before the delivery date, subjected to the availability of our couriers. For any amendments within 3 days of the delivery date, we will try our best to make arrangements.
