Everything in this shop is built around our chocolate — 65% dark, from Barry Callebaut and Van Houten. Chocolate fudge instead of buttercream, no fondant, and a cake finished so the chocolate is what you taste first.

That same chocolate runs through our cakes, cupcakes, brownies and financiers.

What we mean by premium

In a lot of cake shops the money goes into what you can see — fondant, tiers, sugar flowers. We put it into the chocolate instead.

It's a harder way to make a cake look good, because there's nothing to hide behind.
